• All rates are subject to Florida state and local taxes.
• 35% deposit required of total charges OR cost of 1 night (whichever is greater).
• 15-day notice required for refund.
• Full payment is due at check-in.
• Daily maid service in efficiencies
  (not on Sundays nor holidays).
• During Peak and Value Season:
  1) 30-day notice required for refund.
  2) Apartment deposits are non-refundable (special conditions apply).
• We do not accept pets...sorry.
• Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
