A recreation area where people camp, swim, surf, fish, picnic; also crabbing, shrimping, and enjoying nature. The Fishing Museum is dedicated to educating the public about the early commercial fishing industry in the Sebastian area. It houses a replica of a fish house and dock, the traditional heart of the industry. There is a homemade fishing boat, nets, fishing gear, photos of fishing in the Indian River Lagoon and other displays. Located at 9700 South A1A, Melbourne Beach. (321) 984-4852.
