 Visa and MasterCard are accepted. - Rates are for 1 or 2 persons - each additional person is $10.00 per day.
- All rates are subject to Florida state and local taxes.
- 35% deposit required of total charges OR cost of 1 night (whichever is greater).
- 15-day notice required for refund.
- Full payment is due at check-in.
- Daily maid service in efficiencies
(not on Sundays nor holidays).
- During Peak and Value Season:
1) 30-day notice required for refund.
2) Apartment deposits are non-refundable (special conditions apply).
- We do not accept pets...sorry.
- Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
